SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, destination, and selected delivery method of your order.

Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated during the order process. All deliveries must be inspected in the presence of the carrier upon receipt before signing the delivery slip. Any visible damage or anomaly must be explicitly noted on the delivery slip as handwritten reservations, accompanied by your signature.

You must also confirm these reservations directly with the carrier within three (3) business days following receipt of the package, and send a copy of this notice to CASA GAO SL at info@casagao.com. If products need to be returned to us, they must be sent in their original condition and packaging.

In the event of any issue upon delivery, please note the reason on the delivery slip and contact us as soon as possible. CASA GAO SL disclaims all liability for delivery delays caused by transport services or carriers.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with applicable European consumer laws, you have a period of fourteen (14) business days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returned items must imperatively be sent back in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Any merchandise that has been opened or used by the customer will neither be refunded nor exchanged.

The cost of return shipping remains the exclusive responsibility of the customer. Custom-made or bespoke products are strictly excluded from returns and exchanges.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days following receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
